Arbitration and ADR Lawyers in Bangalore
We represent parties in domestic and international commercial arbitration, conciliation and mediation. We also handle court applications that support or challenge arbitration.
Overview
Resolving disputes outside court
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) means settling disputes without a full court trial. The main forms are arbitration, conciliation and mediation. They are usually faster and private.
Arbitration in India is governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Mediation is governed by the Mediation Act, 2023 and court-annexed schemes. We draft arbitration clauses, conduct proceedings and handle related court cases.
