Mr. Guru Prasad holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru — one of India’s premier research institutions. He possesses strong expertise in Intellectual Property law, contract drafting, patent filing, and company incorporation, bringing a research-oriented and analytical approach to legal problem-solving.
With his multidisciplinary academic background, Mr. Guru Prasad is well equipped to handle matters involving technology, innovation, and business law. He regularly assists clients with intellectual property protection, legal documentation, regulatory compliance, and corporate structuring.
