We support law firms, solicitors, attorneys and in-house legal teams in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, the UAE, Singapore and Europe. We take on research, document review, due diligence, Indian court and property searches, and other back-office legal work. Your team stays in charge of the matter. We work from Bengaluru, India.
Overview
Extra hands for your legal team, from India
Many firms outsource legal work to India to handle peaks in workload, overnight turnaround and tasks that need someone on the ground in India. All work is done or reviewed by advocates enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council.
Some tasks need Indian law or Indian records. Others are general legal support done under your instructions. For each task, we agree the scope, the deadline and the fee in writing before we start.

How it works
How we work with your firm
Introductory call

Confidentiality and conflict check
We run a conflict check and sign your non-disclosure agreement or ours. We can also sign data processing terms where you need them.

Regular work
You send tasks by email or your secure file system. An advocate reviews every piece of work before it goes back to you.
Good to know
Points law firms usually ask about
You stay in charge
We work under your instructions and supervision. Advice to your client on the law of your country remains your responsibility. We advise only on Indian law.
Confidential by default
Advocates in India must keep client information confidential. We also follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and can agree terms that match GDPR or UK GDPR requirements.
Time zones work for you
India is 4½ to 13½ hours ahead of the UK and North America, depending on the city and the season. Work sent at the end of your day can often be ready by your next morning.
Fees agreed in writing
We agree the fee for each task in writing before we start. We tell you in advance if a task will take longer than agreed.
Common questions
Questions about offshore legal support
What is offshore legal support or legal process outsourcing?
It means a law firm sends some of its legal work to a team in another country. The team does research, document review, drafting support or searches, and sends the work back. The law firm checks it and remains responsible to its own client.
Can you advise on the law of my country?
No. We advise only on Indian law. For work involving your law, such as document review or proofreading, we follow your instructions and your team supervises the result.
How do you keep our documents confidential?
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send any documents. Files are shared only through the channel you choose, and access is limited to the people working on your task. Advocates in India also have a professional duty to keep client information confidential.
Can you check whether an Indian document is genuine?
In many cases, yes. We can compare court orders, company records and property records with official sources. Some records are not public, so our report states clearly what we checked and what could not be checked.
Do you take one-off tasks or only ongoing work?
Both. Many firms start with a single research note or search. Others send work every week. We agree the scope for each task before starting.
General information about our services, not legal advice. We do not hold ourselves out as qualified in the law of any country other than India.
